Pacific Preservation Services (PPS) is a property preservation company serving the needs of Asset Managers, Real Estate Professionals, Lenders and Servicers to secure, prepare for sale and maintain residential properties across the country. Our mission is to “Preserve our neighborhoods for tomorrow” and by doing so, maintain the integrity of our communities.

PPS employs experts in the field of property preservation. Our executive team and staff have decades of real estate experience and the knowledge to make YOU successful. As regular speakers on a wide variety of industry-related topics, PPS is thought of as an industry leader in property preservation. Our goal is to represent customers in the development of industry practices and policies with special attention to ensuring we have the proper risk controls in place to mitigate loss exposure and prevent conflicts of interest between parties. For PPS to succeed, we will continually learn, teach and train everyone we come in contact with in our industry. Our staff includes executives who have formerly worked within mortgage banking, servicing, risk management, trading, contracting, and national field services.
