Having held a variety of Senior Management positions with both Countrywide Home Loans and JP Morgan Chase, he has in-depth knowledge of most facets of the mortgage industry. Brian boasts a reputation for being the “go-to guy,” and his sales style has gained industry trust and lasting friendships that are built on honesty and integrity.
Steven D. Wittner,
Chief Operating Office
With over 20 years experience in the mortgage industry, Steve has led at the most senior levels of large national mortgage companies. A thorough understanding of the industry with responsibilities in both sales and operations, including construction lending, provides him with the background and experience necessary to create long lasting, effective partnerships.

Pacific Preservation Services (PPS) is a property preservation company serving the needs of Asset Managers, Real Estate Professionals, Lenders and Servicers to secure, prepare for sale and maintain residential properties across the country. Our staff includes executives who have formerly worked within mortgage banking, servicing, risk management, trading, contracting, and national field services.
